Albany Wins National Award

The James Connolly Albany Rebels were formally recognized for their growth by the USGAA at the annual national convention this past weekend.

With 7% growth in American-born players since last season, the Rebels received the Club Development award, winning the subcategory for men’s football with 20-39 players.

This is the first national award the Rebels have received.

The Rebels would like to thank the USGAA and Midwest GAA for offering their support in growing Gaelic games in Albany.
