Every fall (starting in 2025), the Albany Rebels GAA host a Gaelic Football Rec League.

The GFRL is a coed recreational Gaelic Football 7s league. Games will be 7v7 for 7-10 minute halves (14-20 minutes total each game). Teams will get 2-3 games per-Saturday depending on the number of teams we're able to field. Teams will consist of approximately 10 players each.

All skill levels welcome! New and former player friendly format and a modified rules set! (I will keep RC on a leash if I have to).

Dates for 2025 will be Saturdays 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, and 10/25 starting around 11am.

Games will be played at the Celtic Hall located at 430 New Karner Road in Colonie.

Registration is an incredible inflation proof $10  and includes a t-shirt!

Players will need to acquire their own cleats. Glasses and sunglasses are not allowed to be worn during play. Mouth guards are required.

Registration closes on 9/1

There will be a waiver to sign the first Saturday of games.

To Register, please fill out this survey which will give us the information we need to form balanced coed teams. Thank you!

Gaelic football sounds like such a rush — part chaos, part art. The rec league vibe makes it even better. I’ve been chasing that same energy lately through online stuff like https://1win-aviator-game.net/app/, where the 1win Aviator app captures that thrill of timing and reaction. It’s funny how different mediums can evoke the same feeling — teamwork, momentum, that mix of risk and reward. Sport or screen, it’s still all heart.

I recently tried TiviGen IPTV while looking for a reliable IPTV service and was genuinely surprised by the quality. You can check them out at tivigen.com, and the IPTV subscription setup was quick and easy. Streaming has been smooth with HD IPTV, sports IPTV, and IPTV Arabic channels, and it works well on IPTV for Smart TV and Android devices.

Reading about Gaelic football’s community spirit was really refreshing. Sports that bring people together always leave a lasting impact. I think that’s why digital gaming continues to grow — it builds connection and excitement across all ages. I found a similar kind of shared thrill while playing at https://chicken-road-game.net.in/ where every level feels like a small victory earned through focus and timing. That feeling of engagement and momentum is what keeps casino players hooked too — a shared pulse of competition, luck, and pure joy.
